I seriously doubt you will find such a generous offer.
You see, unknown people traveling on any airline employees benefits puts them at risk. If the pass rider misbehaves in any way, is not dressed appropriately ect ect then the employee is disciplined and their travel benefits can be suspended.
So, as you can see letting a stranger use your passes is too great a risk for someone to take.
Try (name your max price) or have him check into the availability of Military Airlift Command (MAC) charter flights.

you might try priceline.com that’s where you get to offer a price and see if the airline accepts.
Click on the “name your own price” after you have entered your flight information.

Instead of asking a bunch of anonymous unknown people who don’t know you or your fiance try asking friends and family for help. Try asking neighborhoods, local business, churches, news, etc. We all feel for you. Good luck.

Don’t know where you will be traveling from or to, but southwest has the following;
Nationwide Sale!
Fly for $49 to $99 one-way on a Tue, Wed, or Sat. Book by 7/26. Travel 8/16 – 1/11.
If you don’t live close to where southwest flys out of. take a bus. nap in the airport, wash up in the restroom. sometimes you goto do what ya goto do. Just think about what sacrafice’s your fiancee is about to make.

how much money do you have? can’t he get a loan? what is his deployment date? where you unable to catch the bus?? or rent a car? airfare is well over $1000. the cheapest flight i can find to get you there asap is $583
you can get a one-way for about $222 august 3rd round trip is about $563
